Online & telephone counselling

Service Description

Counselling is not just about face-to-face appointments. I offer sessions through online platforms or appointments by telephone. Even though you’re not in the same room, I can still help you to explore how you’re feeling, understand what you are going through and support you to make changes in your life if you need to. Sometimes people choose online or telephone counselling appointments because it’s easier for them to access or fits with their lifestyle or working hours better. We can discuss how this can work in an initial appointment and discuss any concerns you may have about working in this way. The coronavirus pandemic and Government restrictions on leaving your home means I am now offering online or telephone appointments when face-to-face sessions are not possible. I am fully qualified and insured to offer support in this way and have completed all relevant Covid-19 training.
